Russian immigration authorities have canceled the requirement for foreigners to complete HIV tests at state clinics, thereby revoking legislation introduced in July, 2011.

In order to encourage local employment, the government of Croatia limits the number of permits for foreigners that may work in the country by setting up work permit quotas on a yearly basis.
