Choose the service and describe the job
Select the closest service category, enter the job location and describe the work clearly enough for a suitable provider to understand the opportunity. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a public or initial description.
The quote journey may match a request with up to five eligible providers. Customer contact details remain within the protected workflow and are not displayed on public profiles.
Understand profile status
An unclaimed profile is a factual directory listing sourced from the business's own website or a compatible source. It is not a recommendation, endorsement or statement that Totally Moving has checked qualifications.
A claimed profile has been connected to a provider account through the site's claim process. You should still confirm identity, qualifications, insurance, availability, pricing, scope and contract terms directly.
Compare on more than price
Ask what the quotation includes, which assumptions it relies on, how changes are handled and when payment is due. For regulated or specialist work, check the relevant register or professional body and confirm the individual or firm is permitted to provide the service.
Selecting a provider through Totally Moving does not itself create a contract. Read the provider's terms and make sure the agreed scope is recorded.
